Policies & Returns
We guarantee our products. If you return (prepaid) any product that breaks within a year of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
Prices are net. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Goods returned prepaid will be accepted for credit only if unused and with prior authorization. There is a 15% restocking charge. Merchandise returned as "defective" is subject to inspection before the claim can be allowed.
SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE
In case you find any shortage or damage, notify us at once and file a claim promptly. We cannot honor claims beyond a week after delivery.
TERMS AND CREDIT
All orders must be paid by American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover.
Orders within the 48 states are shipped by UPS, USPS, or Fedex ground. For shipments to other areas (Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, the Caribbean, and other International) contact us for information on costs and carriers. We have experience shipping worldwide. All shipments are FOB Hinsdale, NH. Almost all orders ship the day after we receive them.
